This apartment is on the first two floors of a beautiful brownstone building. The room is on the main (ground floor), on the same level as the living room, kitchen, backyard, and your own bathroom! It is a good sized room, two windows, and there's plenty of extra storage space in the huge basement. There is in an unit washer and dryer in the basement and the kitchen is really nice with plenty of storage space, utensils, and a dishwasher.

The room does not have its own closet inside the room but I've been able to fit in a wardrobe and dressers and there is a pretty big hallway closet for this room for coats shoes etc.

Walking distance from the A/C (Utica or Ralph) and the Gates J stop.

Would be sharing with two roommates who live on the floor above and they have their own bathroom that they share. The roommates are super chill and everyone does their own thing.
