I travel quite a bit and am looking for someone to sublet either full time or arrange a part-time split (for those also traveling but wanting a home base).

The space is a gorgeous 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom fully furnished townhouse in Carroll Gardens with 4 floors and a private luscious garden. It also includes a formal dining room, family room, gourmet kitchen and full basement with high ceilings. The house and room are fully furnished, well decorated, and stocked with the essentials.

The room itself has a full-sized bed and a small desk.

The house is located within two blocks from the F/G trains at Carroll Street, steps from Carroll Park, and in the center of all the great shops and restaurants of Court, Smith Street, and the Gowanus. A mile from Prospect Park and 15 minutes from the waterfront :)
