THE APARTMENT: 1,400 sq. feet apartment, first floor (unfortunately not wheelchair accessible), 3 large bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, including a new fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stainless steel island. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer in the half bath. There are front and back porches, a small backyard with a grill, and a small garden outside. Common areas are furnished. Utilities not included, typically ~$120 in the summer.

THE ROOM: This room has two windows and comfortably fits a full/queen bed and workstation. The bedroom is unfurnished with a possibility of buying some of the previous roommate’s furniture.

LOCATION: Quiet, lovely neighborhood with plenty of street parking. A 15 min walk to either Davis or Porter Square, with easy access to the 83 and 77 buses. 5 min walk to Danehy park. Star Market, Trader Joes, Whole Foods are all nearby plus Pemberton Farms for your gourmet or plant needs.

THE PROCESS:

-If we feel you'd be a good fit, we'd then like to talk over the phone and see if we get on
-After that, if we're both still interested, we'd do an in-person tour of the apartment
-Last step is to get references from former roommates
