Hi! Renting out the 2nd bedroom in my apartment.

The apartment is massive (12ft ceilings), 2bd 1.5bath. The apartment and room is fully furnished and move in ready. There is laundry in building, a package room for deliveries, and a deli downstairs.

I also live in the apartment but I’m usually away 8am-9pm.
