It's a family owned building, and they do a good job of fostering a family vibe throughout the building; the residents are very friendly. There is an elevator and card operated laundry machines in the basement. Super on site.

10m walk to Prospect Park, and 12m to Courtelyou Rd, which has great cafes, bars, restaurants. The Flatbush Coop is my favorite local grocery story with organic produce and products and some pretty great deals, even for non-members.

The available bedroom has south and west facing windows so it gets lots of natural morning and afternoon light. It comes with two large closets and an en suite bathroom. It's partially furnished with a bed and two dressers. I can provide a desk and more furnishings upon need.

It also has a private balcony, accessible from my room, which you would have access to!
