Hi!

We are looking to rent out one of our meduim sized rooms in a quiet tree-lined street. the brownstone is two stories with a kitchen island and a hugee livingroom. Brand new Washer/dryer on the second floor of the home. Dishwasher in kitchen. The room is 120 square feet and has a large built in closet. It’s situated at the back of the building so it has a nice view of the backyard and is very quiet. We’re a few minutes walk to places like Saraghina & cafes.

You can easily fit in a queen sized bed along with a desk. This room comes with newly renovated bathroom located just two steps outside your room that would be shared with only one other person.

The kitchen and living room is shared and is already furnished. Its a very ample sunlit & cozy space that is constantly being used for movie nights, board games and general relaxation after longs days of work. It is important to us that we get along well with you and that we can comfortably live together.

We have a lovely baby kitten so we are considering pets but only if they can get along!
we’re more than happy to jump on a call to meet the housemates and virtual/irl tours can be coordinated as well!

L: (he/him) is an architect who now works in custom fabrications so works long hours and travels for work. he’s a superrr sweet guy! great & calm energy.
