Hello!
We are renting out 1 bedroom in our 4bed 2 bath apartment for $1100 and shared utilities. The apartment is also in prime prospect heights near the C, B, Q, S, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains making any commute easy. The apartment is in a classic Brooklyn 4th Floor walk up, top floor. Room fits a queen sized bed and has plenty of room for dressers, desks, or shelving.
Besides being close to every train, we are also walking distance to Prospect Park, Botanical Gardens, Grand Army Plaza, and the shops of Vanderbilt Ave. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with plenty of amazing restaurants, grocery stores and cocktail bars in the neighborhood I am happy to show you to.
You will be sharing a bathroom (with a tub) with me. I'm very clean and respectful of shared spaces. We keep a rotating chore chart to maintain the apartment's cleanliness and are looking for someone with same values.
The Landlords live on the first floor and are responsive to any maintenance needs. Utilities (ConEd, NatGrid, Wifi) are split between the roommates and are reasonably priced.
We are a friendly, and considerate household and want to find the right fit for our space. If you think this sounds like you, send us a message and we can set up an interview.
