The Room: Partially furnished with a full size bed, desk, and closet, but with plenty of scope for you to make personal touches. South facing views to FiDi, and a side view to the east river.

The Apartment: newly renovated 900sf 2 bed 1 bath with west facing terrace. 26th floor, with great daylight and city views. Fellow housemates would be me and my cat Shatsy.

The Building: Elevator building, c 1970. Amenities include an in-building laundry, communal basketball and pickleball courts, and ping pong tables. The elevators have just been upgraded and the internal common areas are scheduled to be renovated. 8am-7pm door (wo)man, and 24/7 on site security.

The Area: It's one block from the Fulton St Transit Center (and almost every subway line), and 2 blocks from the South Street Sea Port and East River waterfront. There is a Key Foods supermarket, Irish bar, pharmacy, diner, bakery and pizza restaurant in the complex itself, and tons of other food and retail options adjacent on Fulton St and the broader area. Chinatown, WTC, BPC, Tribeca and Soho are all a short walk away.
