The house is roughly a 15 minute walk from the Journal Square PATH Train station which is about 30 minutes to Manhattan. There are two grocery stores nearby as well as two really nice cafes, multiple burritos places, Greek food, Wings, Burger place, and even fine Italian dining just a few blocks away.

This place is very special, the owners live nearby and are lovely people and just want it to be well maintained and no drama.

The house comes with two roommates: David and Bob. You would be the third addition! Our beloved roommate Kate is moving to Europe to start an amazing new adventure in her life and we are looking for someone who will mesh well.

David is a gay man and works Mon to Fri 9 to 5 in the city. Bob is a straight man who works various hours in the city as well. We have a friendly relationship and also give each other space and quiet.

The roommate for this place must have a steady job/income and be very clean especially with the common areas. The kitchen and bathroom are always clean and things put away.
