I am renting a room out in my 2 bed 2 bath Russian Hill Apartment.

It's a dream of an apartment and have been here for a little over 1 year. Super walkable (I don't have a car and haven't my entire time in SF!).

You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, this could be furnished or not up to you!

The balance of the house is furnished, with kitchen, living room, dining room. And a truly unreal view of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Building is only 3 units, with free shared building laundry, and a free garage parking space.

My hope for a roommate:
Someone clean, respectful, and perhaps doesn't work from home all the time, since I already work from home M,Th,F and it can get a little loud.

Someone who is like minded in terms of home life being a quiet and relaxed.

We could meet, or do a video call to ensure it is a good fit. If interested please email me a little bit about you/routines etc, and we can go from there.

Timing wise I am a bit flexible start and length.

Who would you be living with:
I am 31 year old female, that has lived in SF for the last 8 years. I work in product management for a retailer, and teach yoga 3x a week at a local studio.

I have an 11 year old Terrier/Maltese white dog that I love so much.

During the week I tend to work longish hours, I go into the office Tuesday and Wednesday, and work from home balance of the week. On weekends usually home, lunch or dinner with friends, or catching up on other things.
