The apartment is a third floor walk-up 3B/1B on a beautiful block in Harlem’s Sugar Hill neighborhood. Very large community garden on the block, and great access to trains with 145th A/C/D/B a five minute walk away. Coffee shops, bookstores, and green space all very close by! The apartment is very comfortably sized, with separate kitchen (has a dishwasher) and good light. Laundry less than a block away. Multiple rooms maybe opening, but the room mostly likely to be available fits a queen size bed, dresser, and desk if you wanted. It also has a closet. *Please note: the furniture in the photos will be gone. The room will be unfurnished.*

Utilities and wifi: $50-$75 depending on season

About your roommates: In their late 20's, work in a variety of areas including graphic design and publishing. We love to chat and hang with each other when schedules allow, but also have our own lives! Some of us work remotely, so we’re looking for a roommate who is considerate of shared space, volume, and other roommates’ needs. We clean up after ourselves and expect you will do the same. We would love to find someone who is interested in watching a movie, going out, or cooking a shared meal now and then (or more if you want!)
