The kitchen is fully stocked with a large butcher block island, 6 burner Wolf range with externally vented hood, cast iron cookware, cutlery, the works. The bathroom has a Toto washlet. There is a 4k projector with drop screen and surround sound + two huge Sonos 5 speakers for music. There is a twin mattress with bedding and pillows that is optional, and a motorized standing desk as well. This is not a party house. This is a peaceful refuge from the hectic demands of city life and I'm looking for someone who appreciates and respects this. The neighborhood has tons of bars, excellent restaurants, clubs, galleries, and shops. The L train gets you to Union Sq in Manhattan in 15 min.
