I’m looking for a roommate in my 2bed 2 bath apartment in a brand new building with new appliances and amenities. The apartment is at the intersection of Fulton and Marcus Garvey and is a 3 min walk from Kingston-Throop C and 5 min from Utica A. the apartment has a small balcony space in the living room and in your bed room. Lots of good natural lights. The bathroom is not en suite but it is your own full bathroom! Laundry is in the building as well as bike storage, a small gym, and a common area on the roof. Kitchen has a dishwasher and ample storage. The bedroom is completely unfurnished and the apartment is partly furnished with a sofa, table + chairs and kitchen stuff. Open to collectively furnishing the rest together.
The photos I’ve used here are primarily rhe staging photos because I just moved in, but more videos/photos of the empty space are available upon request. Looking for someone to move in ASAP. First months rent and security deposit due at signing ($3600).
