I'm leaving NYC for my job and looking to transfer my room sublet to someone else for the rest of our lease term (June 1, 2025-July 1, 2026). The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story building on a quiet street in PLG, on the corner of Sullivan Place and Bedford. It has a large living room and dining area, a beautiful large patio, one bathroom with a bathtub, an extra little room that we use as an office/storage space, and a kitchen with a stove, fridge, and oven. My room has a large window and a closet. Water is included in the rent, but gas and wi-fi are paid separately (usually about $50 per month). There's no laundry in the building, but there is a cute laundromat about a 5-minute walk away. It's a ~9-minute walk to the nearest subway stop (Sterling St. 2/5) and to Prospect Park (!).

The furniture in the photo is slightly different from our furniture now (this was the previous tenants' set-up), but we have a cute and well-furnished living room with a couch and a TV. My room has a bed/mattress, desk, and chair, which I am also happy to sell if you are interested.

You would be living with two lovely female roommates between the ages of 27 and 29, although they may also be away for the summer and subletting their rooms during the summer months. The vibe is generally chill and quiet, although we also like to be social and hang out or watch TV together occasionally. We share chores and like to keep the space tidy.
