One bedroom available in a two-bedroom apartment in Highland Park. Pretty great location off of Figueroa. The kitchen has a gas stove and a microwave. Other amenities include:

- Covered parking space within a gated area.
- Two coin-operated washers and dryers on the premises.
- Great storage, lots of natural light, outdoor space.
- There are also a few cats that roam around the complex. 

Looking for a tidy and responsible person to sign onto a new one-year lease. (After which it will be month to month.) If you are a good fit and are interested in moving in then the next step will be a credit/background check as required by the landlord.

I’m off from work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and I work weekends, so you will pretty much have the space to yourself during the day on Saturday and Sunday. I will be the only other roommate in the space. I’m pretty quiet and mainly enjoy reading, walking, and watching films in my free time.
