i'm looking for a new roommate in los feliz! 2BD / 1 BA apartment. we’re on the west edge of los feliz just a few blocks away from griffith park.

it’s a spacious 2 bedroom with large bedrooms + long semi walk in closets, large living room, office space, and kitchen, multiple storage closets. one bath with separate shower and tub.
rent is $1350/mo with roughly &150/mo for utilities each (potentially higher in summer window AC units). its (2) six unit buildings with a gate + code.

here are photos/videos of the space. option to buy the bed + frame + dresser as well in the bedroom. there is space for a new desk in the office area (that photo is the old desk).

i'm 33, from chicago, have been in LA for 3.5 years. i work for myself from home + los of coffee shops! i am pretty chill but like to hang out if we vibe!
