Hello! We are looking for a roommate for our beautiful 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom duplex right off Franklin Avenue. Our roommate is sadly moving abroad to be closer to family.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Franklin Av 2/3 and 4/5 trains, and a 15-minute walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. We’re on a quiet street, right near tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores. There are two Citibike stations, right on either corner.

First floor: large, sunny living room; open kitchen; pantry; 3 bedrooms; full bath.
Your room: fits a queen bed, desk or chest of drawers, nightstand, and clothing rack. Small closet and window. Our roommate is selling his furniture so the room could come fully furnished if you are interested.

Basement: huge! Two separate areas with a big couch, TV, room for desks, half bath.
Private backyard, with a fire pit!

Laundry and bike storage in the building.

Please be considerate, kind and clean; take initiative and be collaborative around the house; and be open to co-hosting the occasional party. We’re ideally looking for someone with an in-person or hybrid work schedule, as we both sometimes work from home.

It's a big space to keep clean, so we hire a monthly cleaner for $35 each.
