My roommate and I are looking to sublet one room in our two bedroom apartment in Prospect Heights. The apartment is across the street from the Brooklyn Museum, Grand Army Plaza, and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.

The bedroom has one window, with nice morning light and one spacious closet. It is fully furnished with a full bed and table + AC unit.

The apartment is a 4th floor walk up in a historic building in Prospect Heights. It has nice high ceilings and good light throughout the day. A great space for working from home.
The apartment has a living/dining room, kitchen, and one bathroom. It is fully furnished with hardwood floors, large windows, and lots of books.

We’re looking to find someone to sublease the main bedroom short-term (2 - 3 months) with the potential to extend. Suggested move in date: Friday June 12. Move out date: August 31.

You’ll have the place to yourself for the first 6 weeks of the sublet period, while we’re both gone. Then you’ll be living with me (lister) for the remainder of the sublet. You’ll meet me in the process of applying so that you know if it’s a good fit.

Important Notes:
June’s rent will be prorated.
The Total rent per month is: $1887.
*A freestanding structure for extra storage will be added to the room (not pictured).
