Be my roommate! This is technically a 3 bedroom, but one of the bedrooms is really small, more like an office. Except I have it set up as a shared living room/guestroom.
This is a recently renovated hardwood-floor apartment in an 8-unit apartment building in Bushwick halfway between the Dekalb L and the Myrtle Wyckoff station. It's a 4th floor walkup. It's pretty spacious by NYC standards. Your room has pretty good light and faces away from the street, so it's quiet. There's a bar on the first floor of the building (we're on the 4th), but the sound really doesn't carry, I barely notice them and my room is the part of the apartment closest to the bar.
The building is owned by a competent management company and we have a really good, responsive, super. We've never had any significant problems with the building and have had no pests.
I've only been here for a few months and am still getting the place together, so forgive the lack of wall art in the photos!
He/him. I'm a 35 year old filmmaker whose day job is at a Taiwanese food company in Brooklyn.
I'm definitely not a homebody; I'm out and about most of the time. I like having people over for dinner maybe a few times a month but otherwise rarely have friends over. I'm a social, extroverted person in general, but when I'm home I take on a bit more of an introverted form. Though I'm usually up for good conversation!
I like keeping things clean but I try not to be too annoying about it.
I'm gay but you don't have to be!
I'm looking for someone to join the lease with me. In order to get approved for the lease, the management company requires you make 90k/year.
