The house:
• Renovated 3br 2ba Spanish bungalow

The rooms:
• Room #1: Large music studio/bedroom, with queen bed and doors to back patio.
• Room #2: Guest room/study with standing desk and twin bed (can extend to king size).

There is a third bedroom, however we will be occupying it from Aug 25-29! That said, you will pretty much have an entire house to yourself for two weeks!

The neighborhood:
Amazing location in Highland Park, northeast LA. Fancy bodega/burrito shop on the corner and natural wine bar, Sam's Place, down the street. A short walk to everything you could want on Figueroa—Lodge Room, Civil Coffee, Kitchen Mouse, Kinship yoga, Metro stop, etc. Walkable to York and generally gorgeous for neighborhood walks.

The cat: Our extremely chill and self-sufficient cat. He has an automatic water/feeder setup so you don't need to do much! Especially for the days that we will be home. Offering a $900 discount on the usual sublet rent for very minimal cat care and the house to yourself for the most part.

Accessibility note: 3 front steps to enter the house and then 2 steps into the kitchen.
