The apartment is a 2-bed, 1-bath fourth floor walk-up. It is wonderfully quiet, has lots of natural light, and has a very nice kitchen with a brand new stove and dishwasher.

Additionally, it is walking distance to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and Brooklyn Central Public Library.
