What the role looks like:
-Talking to people about the story of Botanical Brothers and how it works and hopefully signing them up to give it a try
-Going to different locations each day
-Creating a warm, friendly atmosphere around the cart
-Giving out flowers
-Contributing to the team culture
-Flexible scheduling
Sales experience is great but not required. Personality and attitude matter much more.
In colder months we shift into indoor events and markets.
Scheduling:
-Choose 3–4 shifts per week (or more)
-Each shift is 6 hours
-Shifts available every day
Compensation:
-$150 guaranteed pay per 6-hour shift
-Additional compensation for taking carts to location
-Uncapped earning potential on commission

About Us
We’re Botanical Brothers, a Brooklyn–based flower company on a mission to bring fresh, beautiful flowers to New Yorkers. We’re growing our team and looking for energetic, self-starting people to help spread the word about what we do.
Instead of sitting behind a desk, you’ll be out in the city—at busy street corners, neighborhood hotspots, and local events—chatting with people, giving out free flowers, and sharing our story.
Our team operates from eye-catching flower trailers and e-bikes, so being comfortable riding around the city is a requirement.
Our team rides beautiful flower carts around Brooklyn and Manhattan, talking to people about our business and signing up new customers. The job is simple: create a great vibe, have genuine conversations, and bring flowers to the neighborhood. This is not aggressive sales. Our first priority is always creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone we talk to.
