Winter Pie Shop & Down the Chimney are hiring for the 2025 holiday season!
We’ll be serving up pies, chimney cakes, and festive drinks at the Bryant Park and Union Square holiday markets from late October to early January. Positions are available for both full-time and part-time work.

Open Positions:

Counter Server (Front of House)
Work at Winter Pie Shop and/or Down the Chimney. You’ll be:

- Taking and serving orders
- Handling payments
- Making hot drinks
- Working with an oven
- Receiving deliveries
- Keeping track of stock

Baker (Back of House)
Work at Down the Chimney. You’ll be:

- Preparing dough and fillings
- Baking chimney cakes
- Maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen setup
- Supporting the team with production needs throughout the day

What we’re looking for:

- People who can work well both independently and as part of a small team
- Previous food service experience (required)
- NY Food Handler’s license is a plus
