Hello! We’re looking to fill one room in our beautiful, spacious Prospect Heights apartment starting December 29! We have a unique set-up for NYC as it's the bottom 3 floors of a row house.

Amenities include a washer/dryer, fenced-in private backyard, front patio, finished basement, exposed brick and gorgeous wood floors. We are around the corner from the Clinton/Washington C stop & about a 15 min walk from the G. Less than a mile from Prospect Park. Situated between all Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill and Fort Greene have to offer!

The available room is on the ground floor and comes with a private bathroom, a spacious bedroom closet, an additional hallway closet, a fireplace mantle, and it’s the only bedroom on that level. It includes a queen-size bed with a brand-new mattress and everything you need.

Anton, who is subletting his room, will be away on a trip and will return around late January or February.

We’re seeking a roommate who is friendly, communicative, conscientious, clean, down to share in house responsibilities, and will contribute positively to the space. We’d prefer someone who will keep common spaces tidy, and who will put away dishes and take out trash and recycling without being asked, for example. We like to hang out, but also give each other space and quiet in the home. We’re all for having folks over, just check-in first and tidy up after! In general, we’re looking to maintain a warm, cozy and tidy home. : )

The sublet is for one month starting in January, but we can be flexible if you need the room at the end of December.

Must love animals, as we have one resident calico kitty named Sasha. She takes some time to warm up but likes to be with the people and is super cute.
