Hello! We’re looking to fill one room in our beautiful, spacious Prospect Heights/ Crown Heights apartment to move in on October 1! We have a unique set-up for NYC as it's the bottom 3 floors of a row house.

Amenities include a washer/dryer, fenced-in private backyard, front patio, finished basement, exposed brick and gorgeous wood floors. We are around the corner from the Clinton/Washington C stop & about a 15 min walk from the G. Less than a mile from Prospect Park. Situated between all Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Clinton Hill and Fort Greene have to offer!

The available room is located on the ground floor with a private bathroom, spacious bedroom closet, private hallway closet, fireplace mantle, and is the only bedroom on this floor.

We’re seeking a roommate who is friendly, communicative, conscientious, clean, down to share in house responsibilities, and will contribute positively to the space. We’d prefer someone who will keep common spaces tidy, and who will put away dishes and take out trash and recycling without being asked, for example. We like to hang out, but also give each other space and quiet in the home. We’re all for having folks over, just check-in first and tidy up after! In general, we’re looking to maintain a warm, cozy and tidy home. : )

We just signed a two year lease through August 31, 2027, so the rent will not rise next year and lease takeovers are welcome if you don’t stay the full term (though at least a year's commitment is preferred).

Must love animals, as we have one resident calico kitty named Sasha. She takes some time to warm up but likes to be with the people and is super cute.
