Hello! My girlfriend Brooke and I are looking for a 2–3 bedroom apartment in Williamsburg or Greenpoint.

Dates: ideally Sept 19–26, when my mum and sister will be joining us.

We’d also consider the full month of September. In that case, it would just be Brooke and me for most of the month, with my mum and sister staying only for Sept 19–26.

Budget: $200–$300 per night (around $6k–9k/month).

Needs: furnished (beds + basics), good Wi-Fi, and a comfortable living space. Outdoor space would be amazing.

About us: Brooke and I are responsible, tidy, and will be staying for the full month if available. My mum and sister are visiting just for a week, and together we’ll all take good care of your home.

We’re Sammi and Brooke, a couple visiting from Los Angeles. We’ll be in New York for September, and during Sept 19–26 my mum and sister will join us as well.

We’re clean, responsible, and respectful guests. We love cooking at home, exploring neighborhoods on foot, and treating any space we stay in with care. We’ve both rented and sublet before, so we know how important it is to be reliable, communicative, and considerate.
