I am looking for a studio/1Bdrm private apartment, furnished, where I can stay when I visit NYC a few times a month. Both short-term and long-term options are great. I am happy to coordinate over the upcoming visit dates between September and November and I am hoping to continue visiting through the spring as well. Ideally the apartment would be in Manhattan or Brooklyn. Quiet units are preferred. I am a quiet and clean person who will leave the space as I found it. I have no pets and I'm not a smoker. I'm looking for a comfy spot with wifi and nearby coffee shops for working remotely. I have experience keeping house plants (mostly) alive.

Looking for spaces in the ballpark of $100/day or c. $600/month if a longer term arrangement is possible on a lower monthly rate.
