My boyfriend and I are moving from Los Angeles to NYC in early October and are looking for a short-term (3-4 months) sublet through December or January while we wait to move into a long-term apartment in Greenpoint (we’ll eventually be taking over his sister’s place nearby).

We’re ideally looking for a clean, furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Downtown Manhattan, Williamsburg, or Greenpoint.
