Hello! I'm looking for my next home in London. I’m mid-30s, and work in impact investing, with an office near Piccadilly Circus. I’m originally from NYC and have been living in London for the past 2 years.

I'm looking for a:
- 2 bedroom (or large 1 bedroom)
- 2 bathroom (but 1 is okay!)
- near tube lines
- starting any time before mid-April
- Islington or Notting Hill ideally, but open

I don’t smoke or have pets.
