Hi! I'm looking for something in the Somerville, Medford area (or anything with biking distance to Tufts) ideally for a move in between on or before 9/1. Open to subleases or resigning.

I have a bunch of furniture that is in a POD right now so can be flexible with a furnished or unfurnished place.

Anything with an outdoor space would be amazing. Hoping for in unit laundry/dryer and good natural light.

I’m gay so finding a place that is LGBT friendly is pretty important. I am a huge book and music nerd, I love collecting both. In my free time if I’m not reading, listening to music, or looking for more books and records I’m either writing or doing something outside. I am not at all a huge party guy, if I do go out it’s a dive bar or somewhere with live music.

I am really looking for a space and group of people who are down to earth and enjoy eachothers company, very much about good vibes and positive energy. I try to keep to myself when need be and am super respectful and aware of others around me.
