I'm looking for an affordable place in Boston, specifically the Waltham/Watertown/Arlington/Newton or Cambridge areas beginning in October. My dates are flexible on either end and I'm open to a minimum 1-month stay up to 3 months.

I am looking for a cozy spot in a walkable neighborhood while I look for a permanent place. The ideal spot is tidy, private - not looking for roommates - has great lighting, wood floors, strong Wifi, and a small yard space would be lovely. Included or easy parking, proximity to grocery, coffee shop, and park/greenway for walks - would all be nice, but are not dealbreakers.

I’m currently living in Asheville, NC, but am ready to move back north. I'll be landing in Boston on 9/28 and am flexible on move in and out dates.
