Hello! I’m looking for furnished housing ideally for the month of September, and am open to extending stay into October.

I prefer to stay in the Jamaica, Queens area, or at least somewhere close to the E/F lines.

I am a woman in my 30s who will be working remotely (so I need wifi), and am open to house/plant/pet sitting or even a house swap (my own apartment is in Oakland, CA).

Whether it’s just one room with shared living room/bathroom/kitchen, or a whole apartment, I am flexible! If I will be sharing the space, I just prefer to be with roommate(s) who are quiet, as I will be the same.

I am a Black woman (she/her) in my 30s who used to live in NYC for 12 years, so I’m not new to the city :). I currently live in Oakland, CA, and will be in town for an extended time visiting with family. I am hoping for a place to lay my head to have more space and flexibility.

While in town, I’ll spend majority of my time visiting with them, working remotely, and hanging out with my friends who still live there. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself, and responsible with cleanliness and taking care of someone’s home while they are away! I can’t wait to be back in NYC for the transition into the fall season!
