I'm hoping to find an artist who isn't able to use his/her studio every day and would like to share it by divvying up the days of the week. In other words, we'd split the time so there's one person in the space at a time. I've done this in the past and it worked out great. I'm open to Red Hook, Gowanus, Sunset Park, Greenpoint, Bed-Stuy, Clinton Hill - or just ask.

I would just need one open wall. While I use small amounts of turpentine, I paint slowly at a fairly small scale so don't produce lots of fumes. I'm neat, though I may mark up the wall a bit. I'm happy to repaint when I leave.

I've listed June 1 as a start date but my dates are flexible. I can pay up to about $400/month. Thanks for your consideration!
