We are hoping to find a 1-2 bedroom apartment or a longer term summer sublet starting in June 2026. Our ideal areas are Bushwick, East Williamsburg, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, and Crown Heights on the NW side. If there is a dishwasher and/or laundry, that would be great (I bake a lot and love to share with neighbors); however, we are flexible for the right place. Our budget is $4.8K.

Hi there! My partner, Marcus (he/him), and I, Tess (she/her), are seeking an apartment or summer sublet, preferably in Brooklyn. I've been living in North Brooklyn for the past 4 years but our landlord unfortunately just sold the apartment we have been living in to a new owner and we now have to move.

I (Tess) work in fashion merchandise planning for a menswear brand and Marcus works in travel rewards at a bank in the city. We both love being active (Marcus for muay thai and Tess for long distance city walks), cooking/baking, trying new foods places in different neighborhoods across all boroughs, and learning new skills. We have no pets (as much as I am a big dog lover).

We both have lived in sublets and done lease take overs before and are more than happy to provide character references. Both of us highly value a clean space and would make sure to take care of the space as if we owned it ourselves.
