Looking for a roommate to take over an available room in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment located in Ridgewood/Bushwick just 5 min walking from the L and M line. The room faces the front street, has large windows and comes with a spacious closet. The rest of the apartment is furnished and new. There is a washer and dryer in the building shared with only 2 other apartments. The landlords are super amazing and have made living here so wonderful. The only downside is no pets allowed.

I’m a 30 year old professional working in finance, so I’m usually in the office 5 days a week. When I’m home I like to keep the space clean, chill and cozy. Some of my hobbies include cooking, exploring the city, shopping, EDM, anime/manga, and video games.
A good fit would be someone with proof of income. LGBTQ+ friendly. Someone who is clean, respectful, and fun to be around. Hoping that we share similar interests and can be friends!
Lister's Relationship to the Space
Current tenant in this space. My roommate is moving out at the end of this lease.
Rental requirements
Rent is 1800 a month with utilities included! Available starting early - mid October. My landlord will require a background check. They also will need a security deposit and first month's rent.
