I am the resident owner, with a passion to assist young people pursuing their career and educational goals, by providing housing opportunities. I am proud to say 2 of my previous tenants in a different rental apartment have gone on to attend law school, graduate from law school and a 3rd is preparing to enter law school. I am an active, and mature, professional woman, and a 3rd-generation Harlemite/native New Yorker. I have a professional Corporate business background in Sales & Marketing. At a young age, I enjoyed an exciting global business career in International Trade and Travel. I've lived and worked in East Asia for many years, and have traveled extensively in Europe. Now, semi-retired, I am planning a 3-month winter hiatus to a warmer climate for 2026. The "roommate/tenant" will rent my primary bedroom suite while I am away. I discovered the wonder of dogs during Covid lockdown, and have recently adopted my 2nd dog. There is no place like NYC especially for culture and performing arts lovers. I have previously opened up my home to close friends’ adult children, and an international graduate student. I take joy in introducing my hometown to both global and domestic transplants. My past successes on the Listings Project inspired me to try, once again, to find a high-quality, respectful, quiet, neat & clean, good fit tenant/space mate.
