I am looking for a long-term (12-month) unfurnished rental in the Crown/Prospect Heights neighborhood. I am seeking either a studio or a 1-bedroom. My move in date is very flexible but I am looking to secure a space in January or February and move by the end of March. I would love to live somewhere between Flatbush and Nostrand and close to either side of Eastern Parkway. I have a steady income and excellent credit score so providing the funding and backup to secure a spot will not be a problem. Ideally a place with some sun and not looking directly into another building or apartment would be great. I do most of my work remotely/at home so I am just looking for a nice space to spend portions of my day and live full-time. I am hoping to find a space at about $2,500/month or less.
