THE SPACE
Welcome to our charming apartment is located in a newly renovated brownstone in the heart of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. We’ve spent four years lovingly designing and restoring our home, creating a cozy and stylish oasis filled with character, warmth, and a beautiful backyard garden bursting with trees and flowers.

LAYOUT

-Basement Level(Restal Space): Large private suite (approx. 500 sq ft) with closet, En-suite bathroom, Queen-size sofa bed.

-First Floor (Garden Level): Spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (approx. 850 sq ft) and Washer Dryer.

-Second Floor: Our private bedrooms (not available for rent or access)

-Backyard: Lush shared garden accessible from the garden level

I have a sweet Cat named Mahtob (moon light in Persian) who will need to be fed while here if we are out of town on those dates, will give you special discount for that. She’s very independent, friendly, and low maintenance. Her feeding schedule is flexible, just feed once in the Am and once in the Pm. She is very friendly.

Entire space:
February 28–March 8

RATES:

-Private room (Ensuite Bedroom in the basement), shared space (living room, kitchen)
$780 per week or $120/night Could accommodate up to 2 people.

-Entire house:
Ensuite Bedroom in the basement and Living room and kitchen on ground level
(excluding our private bedrooms on second floor)
$850 per week or $130/night Could accommodate up to 2 people.

-All utilities and high-speed internet are included.
Cleaning fee $80. Please be considered using the AC unit for heating or cooling, we will charge you if the bill is significantly high

-Check in and check out time are very flexible

-Number of guests: Our preference is for a single guest or a couple.

We're in one of the best spots in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn:

10-minute walk to J, Z, and M trains
15-minute walk to the G train at Bedford
Longer walk to the A and C trains
Walking distance to great local spots like Saraghina, Botni, Bar LunÀtico, Peaches,etc.

Quiet, tree-lined block just 14 minutes from Von King Park
Supermarkets and bodegas conveniently located on the corner

HOUSE RULES

No parties or unregistered guests
No smoking indoors, including vape or any electronic cigarettes
No shoes inside
No pets
Quiet hours after 10 PM — please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors

About This Lister

ABOUT US:
We’re a friendly couple in our early 40s — I’m an architect, and my husband works as a quality manager. We both work full-time and very active, social lives, love to travel, so we’re often out and about.

We also share our home with our sweet 4-year-old Ragdoll cat. She’s very gentle, quiet, and won’t bother you — though she’ll happily accept a few pets if you’re feeling affectionate!
