Available for a short-term stay (11/17 12/31; flexible) -
Spend the holiday season steps from Central Park in this sun-filled one-bedroom apartment that perfectly balances city energy with peaceful charm. Located on 110th Street, this home offers front-row access to one of New York’s best kept secrets, the northern part of Central Park.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find warm hardwood floors, windows that bring in plenty of natural light, and a modern kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable, tucked away in the corner of the apartment so no concerns about sharing walls with neighbors. The apartment is north facing, making it ideally located away from the busy, sometimes noisy street. There is plenty of storage in the apartment and it will be well stocked with day to day needs for your stay.
The building has a laundry room and a virtual doorman system - the tenant will be set up with all the access needs for these amenities. Step outside and you’re surrounded by Harlem’s vibrant culture and dining scene — Levain Bakery, Red Rooster, Barawine, and SottoCasa Pizzeria are just minutes away. The apartment is conveniently located across the street from the B/C subway lines and two blocks away from the 2/3 trains, giving you plenty of options to get around the city.
Whether you’re in New York for work, study, or simply to savor the city during its most festive season, this apartment offers the best of both worlds: the quiet comfort of home and the magic of Manhattan at your doorstep.
NOTE: This is a cat home - there will be thorough cleaning done prior to the tenant's arrival but if allergies are particularly sensitive, this may not be the home for you. Conversely, if you're interested in cat sitting in exchange for a reduction in the rental fees, that can be discussed during the vetting process!
My name is Dina (she/her) and I am a native New Yorker. Been in Queens and Brooklyn for most of my life, but have been living in Harlem specifically for the past 2 years. I'm 30 years old and work in advertising. I generally like to travel for the last few weeks of the year and am hoping I can sublet my space to a trusting tenant that will take care of the space and water my plants :)
Upon completion of the vetting process - the prospective tenant will need to provide monthly rent fee ($3,200 all in) and $1,600 deposit for sublet time period. All deposits and fees will need to be paid in full 1 week in advance of sublet date. The tenant will need to pay a prorated amount for any stays longer than 4 weeks.
