Enjoy a beautiful large spacious furnished room, with gorgeous sunlight, a fire-escape surrounded by trees and with a view of the statue of liberty. A perfect cozy spot to land for a couple weeks, with two lovely roommates.

3rd floor apartment of a brownstone-style building, top floor. Up one set of stoop stairs and two full flights of stairs. Furnished common area, kitchenette (with dishwasher!), and single shared bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible, there are stairs only. Windows in the bedrooms only, the common area is in the center of the apartment. Utilities are included.

-25-min walk / 10 min bike ride to Prospect Park. 5 min walk to Greenwood Cemetery
-5 min walk to 25th Street R subway station (grocery store immediately outside of the station)
-reloadable pay use app laundry in basement (it’s called PayRange)
-baseboard steam pipe heat

This is a small space for three people and requires mutual respect and giving one another the benefit of the doubt as we navigate the intimacy and challenges of sharing it.

You will be a good fit for this space if you:
-have your essential items but not a lot of stuff since the room is furnished
-are ready to occasionally share a small kitchen space with two other people (requires active communication / tolerance for close proximity while cooking)
-**queer friendly***
-are ready to respect quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am where use of common area is kept to a minimum.
-are open to contributing to chores in an impromptu and proactive spirit and do not require follow up
-are someone who will always ask before having many people over and actively communicates when bringing, expecting or having guests.
-have emotional and energetic awareness for yourself and for those with whom you share space.
