Hello! I have a very sunny room with bay windows in Greenpoint and am looking for a subletter for the months of February and March. The room has a queen sized tempurpedic mattress, decent sized closet and drawers, a desk with a monitor and tons of plants.

The apartment is 1 block away from McGorlick Park and is shared with 3 other wonderful zen women who are clean and very loving. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you would be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. There is a common area with two couches, a well stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. All utilities are included.

The rent is typically $1,800 but I have reduced the price to $1,300 in hopes of getting the right person in the room.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is just moving to New York or is interested in establishing a new community.
