Hi,

I'm renting a room in my two bedroom one bathroom apartment in silver lake. Super nice area. Look up the night club "Los Globos," the apartment is just in the neighborhoods behind there. Super walkable to Sunset, the reservoir, bars and restaurants and central to the rest of LA. It's a 4 unit building. I live in a bottom unit. There is a front and backyard surrounded by a big beautiful hedge. It's a historic building but remodeled right before I move in. Nice washer and fridge and all that. The room I'm renting is on the smaller side. There is no closet in the room but there is a huge closet across the hall that you will have space.

I am open to people staying anywhere from a few weeks to several months. PLEASE READ THIS PART: this is not an apartment for people who solely work from home. If you are a freelancer who does some work at the house but also goes out to set or whatever, that is fine. But I don't want to rent to anyone who purely works from home. I think it's a great spot to stay in if you have a extended work in LA, or are looking for a place out here and need somewhere to land, etc.
