I have a room opening up in my Crown Heights apartment for Sept 1st or the 15th if that works better. Its a top floor unit with a skylight in the main living space and a ton of natural light in both bedrooms, with exposed brick in many of the rooms giving the space a really cozy energy. It is a walkup, but its only 2 short flights, so not a long haul at all. There is a washer/dryer and storage space in the basement of the building. ($4.50 a cycle).
** Small detail about the lease is you would be finishing out the last 2 months of a lease and if you love the place, ideally you would be renewing for another year with me until Nov 2025.

Short walk to the Nostrand A station, medium walk to the 4 train as well, and there are many busses that can be relied on to get to Williamsburg, Bushwick or anywhere in south Brooklyn as well.

I’m looking for a roommate who is in their late 20s or early -mid 30s. I work in the service industry, so I work most weekends and sometimes get home late. Generally I like for the apartment to be a relaxed space where we can chill and unwind from work etc. The apartment is certainly spacious enough for social get togethers or game nights too though. Try not to bring the party home, plz.

The neighborhood is very green and walkable. We are near a lot of great bars and restaurants, and a couple different parks including Prospect Park.

About me:
I’m originally from New Jersey, but have lived in a couple different places before settling in NYC 4 years ago. I went to art school in London for 3 years and studied in Italy for a year as well. I ride my bike almost every day and love to do anything outdoorsy. I’m also a life-long nerd, so I’m always trying some new games on the switch.
