Each bedroom has exposed brick and can fit a queen-sized bed. This would be a perfect situation for a couple or WFH professional or artist looking for a bedroom + office/studio set up. Individuals looking for a room feel free to reach out as well! Currently the rooms are priced at $1625 and $1400 individually, but I'm open to flexibility on the price depending on the situation. Utilities are an added $100-$120 per month.
