Available for sublet: 1 or 2 rooms available for $900 per week (below: **monthly discount available**) each over the January in our art-filled, sunlit, 2nd floor walk up apartment. Both rooms will come fully furnished, with closet space, and a full bathroom. The rent will include all utilities + internet (no additional fees). We are flexible with the start and end date.

Room One: Double size bed (bedding optional), a desk, lamp, mirror, small built-in closet with small rolling storage.

Room Two: Queen size bed (bedding optional), working desk and chair, TV and large built-in closet.

Ideally we would like to sublet to a couple or anyone who would want to occupy both rooms. This is a great place if your family is visiting you in NYC & you don't have the space (or want to)!

Please inquire for full (both rooms) apartment rate. Monthly per room we are reducing the cost to $2300.

The apartment is cozy, spacious and beautifully sunlit in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Seven minute walk from the Graham L Train station with lots of restaurants, bars, and stores near by.

A short ten minute train ride to East Village, Manhattan on the L train. Walking distance to McCarren Park/Greenpoint. Easy commute to Bushwick or Ridgewood.

About This Lister

We are a couple in our thirties (she/her and he/him), both working for non-profit arts organizations. We're very respectful and keep our apartment clean and clutter-free.

We also frequently have extra tickets to cultural events that we offer to our roommates if they're interested.

No pets (we love animals but sadly we cannot accommodate)
