Flexible dates. $2000/month, $90/day. Utilities and wifi included. Tranquil and bright apartment in a very walkable area. On the border of Prospect and Crown Heights, it's a 10-15 minute walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Library, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanical Garden. Very family friendly neighborhood near the S, A, C, B, Q, 2, 3, 4, 5 lines. S is a 5 minute walk and connects to all the lines. Walking directly to those lines is a 10-15 minute walk.

The room: furnished bedroom with a full size bed, corner couch, dresser, and closet. Bed sheets and towels are provided. I included a floor plan in the images - the room available is Bedroom 2.

The apartment/building: Large floor through apartment on the first floor with free laundry in the building, along with a communal backyard space. My bedroom and office are on the street facing side, the guest bedroom, living room, kitchen, and restroom are on the garden facing side. I mostly keep to my wing of the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.

No outdoor shoes. Indoor slippers welcome. 4/20 friendly. Absolutely no tobacco products.

Must like cats. A very friendly cat named Kitten lives here. She came with the apartment and is the unofficial landlord. It was her home before it was mine.

About This Lister

I’m 37, from Southern California, am a post production artist and work from home in the office, or on site if required (I’m freelance so projects vary). I make light meals for myself and Kitten (she’s 8, but the name stuck), and almost always have a pot of tea going that I’m happy to share. I keep a clean home, wiping surfaces, sanitizing the bathroom, and vacuum swiffering floors daily to mediate dust. I am 4/20 friendly. Home is my safe space and I enjoy a tranquil environment.
