Spacious and clean one-bedroom apartment in Prospect Park South, a 5-minute walk to the Q/B Church stop and a 10-minute walk to Prospect Park.
It is completely furnished and decorated, with hardwood floors, lots of natural light, high ceilings, new kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV (Hulu, Prime). There's one AC in the living room (you can move to the bedroom if you want) and fans in both the bedroom and the living room.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a pre-war building with a functioning elevator. There's no washer/dryer in the unit/building, but a modern laundromat is around the corner.
There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, on Cortelyou Road, Flatbush Ave, and Parkside Ave.
Grocery stores are also close by, like Food Bazar, Pioneer, and amazing local fruit and vegetable stores that have anything you can imagine.

This is a temporary 11-day sublet. There are no flexibilities around the dates. This is my home and I will live in it until July 17th and return by July 27th.
I will request half of the payment ($600) up front and the second half on the move-in day (July 17th), plus a $200 deposit ($800). Once I move back into the apartment, I'll inspect it for any damages - if there are none, the $200 deposit will be returned by the following day (July 28th).
