Villa Poesía is just a short walk down to the beaches of Carrizalillo, Manzanillo and Puerto Angelito and from the Rinconada main strip with restaurants, cafés, shops and markets.

Fiber Optic and Cell Internet both work very well from all corners of the property.

***I am offering one of the rooms for this very special price for someone that loves cats. There is no actual responsibility with the 3 cats, as the care taker of the house feeds them. Just looking for someone who will give them presence and love, since I will be away for those months.

Here is the description of the room offered:
CASINHA is a separate free standing room facing the garden. It has an ensuite bathroom with hot water, a double bed, a closet, a desk... It’s a very sweet and inspiring room, a natural vibe with clay tile roof, art on the walls, beautiful lighting.

The ample outside shared spaces, include the garden and its hammocks, furniture and outside shower, the rooftop with amazing views, a living room with books and art and the open dinning room and kitchen (water, coffee, tea are all complementary).

Cleaning of your room is offered once a week (with change of bed linens, bath and beach towels)

About the location, even though we are super close to the main strip, it is also a bit to the side, on a dirt road, with more sky and nature around.

Villa Poesía is a great place for art, inspiration, connection and rest.

My name is Juju Stulbach. I was born in Brazil and lived in NYC for 25 years. I have been going to Puerto Escondido for 20 years and a resident of Mexico for 10 years. Villa Poesía began construction in 2015. I am a performance artist as well as a Jivamukti Yoga and Gyrokinesis/Gyrotonic teacher. I built this place with all my heart and love to share it.
