I am looking for someone to sublet my place temporary. It’s a furnished 1-bedroom in a luxury full service elevator and doorman building, just 10 minutes away from Manhattan.

Dates: From December 5th to December 20th

Location is central: Long Island City. Close to many subway lines and Citi bike (N, W, R, M, E, G, F, 7), you can reach Manhattan in 10 min. The closest train lines are just a 3-5 min walk away. Tons of great restaurants and markets around.

The apartment is spacious (~ 700sq ft.), beautiful, and fully furnished. It has modern appliances including a washer/dryer. The place has large windows everywhere and gets tons of sunlight and gorgeous sunset with great views on Manhattan skyline (you can see the Empire State from the windows).

The building has a gym, study/work lounge, rooftop deck and a doorman.

This is a dream apartment, and would be perfect for you if you need a place for a couple of months or more!

Pets are not allowed.
