We're a couple looking for a furnished sublet in Manhattan for spring 2025. We're flexible on neighborhood (West Village, East Village, Lower East Side, Upper West Side) or anywhere within reasonable distance of Penn Station.

We are looking to rent or sublet a furnished place, either a studio or one-bedroom. Our ideal price point is below $5,000 but open to higher rent for the perfect place.

We like to keep our place tidy and clean. Happy to care for plants and handle mail while you're away.

Dates: Ideally from Jan 26 to end of May. Flexible on exact timing; open to shorter or longer arrangements.

I'm an assistant professor, currently on sabbatical at Princeton. My partner and I planned to live in New York this year and commuting to campus. We spent the fall in the West Village and loved it, and we're excited to continue exploring the city. We are both into live music, especially experimental jazz, and regularly cook at home.

We're quiet, tidy, and reliable. No pets, no kids.
